OMPI is a family-owned company originally named Officina Meccanica Pinzoni.
OMPI designs, manufactures and certifies Clutch/Brake units for presses and drive assemblies, complete with flywheel and reduction gearbox, and rotary union for clutches. Our company has a testing department that tests all new products and ensures they comply with quality standards. Over time, OMPI has evolved from simply producing Clutch/Brake units in series to the manufacture of planetary gearboxes, OMPIPACK® pre-assembled drive, safety brakes for servo-presses, hydro-pneumatic clutches and brakes for forging, caliper brakes, safety locking device according to DIN EN 692...
